It is so important that a child’s visits to the dentist are a happy experience. The dentists and staff take time and care to make children’s visits fun, stickers are given and toys are available in the waiting room. Advice is given on good diet and preventive treatments such as tooth sealing and the use of fluoride and the growth and alignment of teeth monitored.

Modern life requires a healthy, confident smile and we hope to give you the best smile possible along with healthy teeth and gums. White fillings, crowns , bridges and dentures are all available. Regular checkups ensure that your whole mouth is kept healthy and any problems detected early.

Advice can be given about treatments which may be needed to straighten crooked teeth, some orthodontic treatment is carried out at the practice other cases are referred.

Throughout the practice we follow the up most standards of hygiene to prevent the spread of infections and follow all the current guidelines. All instruments are sterilised between patients and many are disposable.

Please remember to tell your dentist if you are taking and tablets or medicines or if you  may be pregnant.

We do ask that anyone with an infectious illness such as chickenpox or measles delays their appointment until they are no longer infectious as many of our staff and patients are of child bearing age and we see many small babies.
